High School can be challenging with so many new changes, expectations, goals and unforeseen circumstances which can seem overwhelming and weigh heavy on us. Please look at resources below that any student can access.

Come into the Counseling office and speak to any of our counselors. We have many resources to provide students who are in need of social/emotional guidance. Our office is always open, all you have to do is come in and we will listen and help in any way we can.
Please take a look at our Community Resource Guide which we have gathered to provide different sources of support and guidance for our students and their families. Resources within the guide are not just for mental health, but also for other situations and issues life throws our way.
