Dear Panther Students, Families, and Community,

Welcome to Midlothian High School! It is an incredible honor to serve as the Principal of Midlothian High School. While this is my first year in this role, MHS has been home to me for the past four years, and Midlothian has been home to my family for nearly fifteen. This community has poured so much into us, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to give back by serving the students, staff, and families of this remarkable school.

There is something truly special about Midlothian High School. It is found in the pride our students carry, the dedication of our teachers and staff, the support of our families, and the traditions that have been built over generations. It is a place where excellence is expected, relationships matter, and people genuinely care for one another. I am committed to honoring that legacy while continuing to build upon it together.

Our mission is simple: to ensure every student is known, challenged, supported, and prepared for whatever path they choose after graduation. Whether that path leads to college, the military, the workforce, or another opportunity, we want every Panther to leave our campus equipped with the knowledge, character, confidence, and resilience needed to succeed.

The strength of our school has always been our people. Our teachers and staff are passionate professionals who invest far beyond the classroom. They believe in students, celebrate their successes, and walk alongside them through challenges. Together, we will continue creating a school culture where every student feels valued, respected, and connected.

We also recognize that education is most successful when schools and families work together. Your partnership is invaluable, and I encourage you to stay connected, ask questions, celebrate accomplishments, and communicate with us throughout the year. We are better when we work as one Panther family.

As we begin this school year, I am filled with excitement and optimism for what lies ahead. There will be opportunities to celebrate, moments to learn, challenges to overcome, and memories that will last a lifetime. Through it all, we will remain committed to doing things The Panther Way.
